Stage Manager

We currently have employment opportunities in Pop-up Globe’s Stage Management department located at the Auckland Headquarters. We are looking for Company Managers, Stage Managers and Assistant Stage Managers across a variety of future projects. Previous stage management experience is a must and Shakespeare experience is a definite advantage.

Dressers

The role of Dresser is responsible for pre-show prep, dressing the cast, post-show clean-up, laundry, ongoing costume maintenance and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of costume areas. Running repairs and ongoing maintenance of wigs, shoes, head coverings and costumes are shared between all dressers.

Wigs and Maintenance

This role is responsible for washing, setting and dressing the show wigs, helping the dressers with wigs pre-show if needed, dressing two shows a week and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of costume areas.

This role is primarily a wigs and maintenance role including running repairs and ongoing maintenance of wigs, shoes, head coverings, laundry and costume maintenance as well as helping pack wardrobe in and out.
